Join us this month to learn FALL GARDENING! As a reminder, all of our classes are free to attend.

We are excited to welcome our presenter, Tom Maier, of Rogers County Master Gardeners. He will be sharing his knowledge with us about Fall Gardening in our area - what to plant, when to plant, seed starts vs plant starts, and other tips and tricks!

We will also learn how to enter items into the Rogers County Fair.

Doors will open at 6:40 p.m. Get there early to visit and enjoy our Swap & Shop, which will be available from 6:40-7:10. Bring your items; they don't have to be homestead related. Anything we can do to support each other is welcome.

We will also have our Goodie Basket available. $1 tickets can be purchased for a chance to win this month's basket. New attendees receive a FREE ticket into the drawing; those who bring a new guest also receive a FREE ticket into the drawing.

Ladies Homestead Gathering of Rogers County is a new, local chapter of National Ladies Homestead Gathering (NLHG). Our events are for women, age 16+. We hope you share your new knowledge with those who cannot attend. Remember, we have a “library” of information available, both online and in paper, for your use and to share.

Our purpose: Empower women through homesteading.
Our mission statement: Share Knowledge. Build Community. Grow Friendships.
Who is a homesteader? Anyone who does something, anything, “at home, instead”.
